1. Scope

By engaging with our offerings, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Coaching Services

CoachLifePrime provides personalized one-on-one sessions and group workshops led by qualified coaches. Scheduling options and service details are outlined at point of enrollment.

3. Digital Products

Our digital offerings include downloadable guides, recorded sessions, and templates. Access is granted via a secure link upon confirmation of purchase.

4. Physical Products

Physical items such as branded materials and printed resources are available for purchase. Delivery timelines and handling are provided during checkout.

5. Fees and Payment

Applicable fees are displayed prior to completion of any transaction. Payments are processed through approved methods. Full payment is required to confirm any order.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Coaching Services

Cancellations made more than 7 days before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Requests to reschedule must be submitted at least 48 hours before the session and may be accommodated subject to availability. Cancellations or reschedule requests received within 48 hours of the session are not eligible for a refund due to allocated coaching time.

6.2 Digital Products

All sales of digital products are final and not eligible for a refund once access details have been provided. If you encounter technical issues, please reach out via our contact form for support.

6.3 Physical Products

Unused physical products may be sent back within 30 days of receipt. To initiate the process, contact us for authorization and ship items to 10 Bayfront Avenue, Singapore 018956. We will issue a refund to the original payment source within 14 days of receiving the shipped items. Shipping costs for sending items back are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed defective.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted at https://CoachLifePrime.com/terms. Continued use following changes constitutes acceptance.
